What Is Never Collected

On-Device Storage

Portfolio data is stored locally on your device. MyGoldFolio does not upload holdings or financial records to SmartDailyApps servers.

Exports & Backups

Backup and export files are created only when you request them. Data leaves your device only when you explicitly share or save those files externally.

Price Data Requests

To show live precious-metal reference prices, the app queries third-party price APIs. Premium users may optionally save their own provider API keys in Android secure storage; a key is sent only to its provider when that source is used. Price requests do not include your holdings details, and provider keys are excluded from portfolio backups.

Optional Website Analytics & Google Play Links

If you accept optional website analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4. We use page path, language, guide metadata, and Google Play call-to-action placement to understand website use. We do not send portfolio data, payment details, or form contents to analytics. Google may process technical request and coarse location/device information under its terms. Rejecting analytics does not limit the website.

Feedback & Update Subscriptions

When you send feedback or subscribe for occasional product updates, Formspree processes the form data you choose to enter and delivers it to SmartDailyApps. We use feedback only to handle your request and subscriber email addresses only for occasional MyGoldFolio updates. Do not submit sensitive financial information. We retain the data only as long as needed for these purposes or legal obligations. Contact info@mygoldfolio.de anytime to unsubscribe or request deletion.

Website Delivery Services

The current site loads presentation resources from Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, and unpkg, and requests a public reference price from GoldPrice.org on the home page. These providers receive ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, and time of request. Social, Google Play, and external reference links contact their providers only when you open them.

Website Consent Control

Optional analytics is off until you accept it on this website. Your choice is stored locally in this browser. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer of any page to accept, reject, or withdraw consent. App privacy settings are separate.
